Senior Real Estate Adviser

About the role

Covertstone is a new independent real‑estate adviser in Abu Dhabi looking for a small number of established advisers to join the firm from its first engagements. The role offers the chance to build a reputation and a pipeline in a senior, focused environment rather than a volume‑driven brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage your existing network of active buyers to source and advise on Abu Dhabi real‑estate transactions under the Covertstone brand.
• Originate engagements from first conversation through to completion, including off‑market and privately held assets.
• Identify opportunities ahead of the market and lead negotiations in line with ADREC and ADGM requirements.
• Manage transactions end‑to‑end while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s standards and client approach as it grows.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of UAE real‑estate brokerage or advisory experience, with at least 5 years in Abu Dhabi.
• Demonstrable network of qualified buyers – HNW individuals, family offices or institutional purchasers.
• Verifiable record of closed transactions.
• Valid ADREC broker registration or ability to obtain one promptly.
• Deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi districts such as Al Maryah, Saadiyat, Yas and Al Reem Islands.
• Self‑directed, resource‑ful builder’s temperament comfortable working without large support structures.
• Reputation for integrity and discretion that will stand up to reference checks.
• Fluent English; Arabic or another relevant language is an advantage.
