Senior Real Estate Sales Advisor

About the role

Nationwide Middle East Properties (NWMEA) is seeking a Senior Real Estate Sales Advisor to join its elite sales team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on advising high‑net‑worth clients on premium property investments across the UAE, leveraging the company’s extensive portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide investment consultancy, delivering data‑backed insights on ROI, capital appreciation and market trends in prime zones such as Yas Island, Saadiyat and Dubai Marina.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, using the company’s CRM system to nurture prospects.
• Maintain and grow long‑term client relationships, coordinating with in‑house property management and mortgage advisory services.
• Represent NWMEA at industry events, developer launches and networking functions to expand market reach.
• Conduct negotiations to secure optimal terms for both clients and the company.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in real‑estate sales or investment consultancy within the UAE market.
• Strong understanding of UAE property laws, investment regulations and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to work with high‑net‑worth individuals and manage a high‑performance sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
