Senior Recruiter - Technology

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for AI, digital transformation and other technology domains for our clients in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from business development and client requirements through sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation and placement.
• Source and headhunt candidates for AI, Generative AI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering and emerging technology roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers and technology professionals.
• Conduct market mapping, talent pipeline development and targeted sourcing for niche senior technology positions.
• Achieve individual recruitment, placement and business‑development targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of technology recruitment experience.
• Proven track record in new‑business acquisition.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for AI, digital transformation and technology positions.
• Strong client‑facing, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially minded, proactive and target‑driven.
• UAE/GCC recruitment experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Skilled in Boolean search and other sourcing tools.
