Senior Relationship Manager – Abu Dhabi (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join its Priority Banking team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on acquiring, developing and managing affluent UAE‑national clients, contributing to the bank’s growth and the nation’s economic development.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Priority Banking customers, handling their banking, service and relationship needs.
• Drive client acquisition, conduct presentations, close deals and manage the early lifecycle of new‑to‑bank customers.
• Grow existing portfolios by cross‑selling banking products, lending solutions, investments, insurance and other Priority Banking services.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists to provide tailored advice and ensure suitable solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date KYC, compliance and risk profiles, adhering to UAE Central Bank, AML and anti‑mis‑selling policies.
• Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues in coordination with relevant teams and refer clients to other bank areas when appropriate.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in financial services, retail banking or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of Priority Banking products, including basic banking, lending, investments and insurance.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities to act as a trusted advisor.
• Good understanding of compliance, KYC, AML and operational risk requirements.
