Senior Relationship Manager – Abu Dhabi (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join its Priority Banking team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on acquiring, developing and managing affluent client relationships while supporting the UAE government’s national talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Priority Banking customers, handling their banking, service and relationship needs.
• Drive client acquisition through presentations, deal closure and early lifecycle management for new‑to‑bank customers.
• Identify and grow share of wallet by cross‑selling banking products, lending solutions, investments, insurance and other Priority Banking services.
• Engage product specialists to provide suitable advice and ensure high‑quality solutions for clients.
• Maintain up‑to‑date compliance, KYC and client profiles, assess risk tolerance and adhere to anti‑money‑laundering and operational risk policies.
• Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues in coordination with relevant teams and support referrals within the bank.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales role within financial services or banking, preferably in retail banking or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of Priority Banking products, including basic banking, lending, financial advisory, asset management, investments and insurance.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage.
