Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

About the role

The Corporate & Investment Banking Group is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of Sovereign Wealth Funds and Government clients in Abu Dhabi. You will be accountable for sales, service, risk and operational delivery while driving sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients, submit accurate credit applications and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design custom solutions across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking and Financial Market Solutions.
• Maintain a comprehensive 360‑degree client dossier to capture current and future needs.
• Conduct client visits to uncover business opportunities and assess risk areas.
• Ensure compliance with all organisational policies, procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Manage personal performance in line with the bank’s people‑management policies.
• Deliver service excellence following ADCB Service Standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing corporate relationships and client portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Accounting or Finance.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products and credit processes.
