Senior Relationship Manager – NRI Clients

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to lead our NRI (Non‑Resident Indian) client segment in Dubai. You will provide strategic advice, drive sales performance, and oversee the management of high‑net‑worth portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with private banking and wealth‑management clients, attracting new business.
• Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Ensure efficient service delivery and robust wealth‑structuring solutions.
• Provide tailored advice to clients, senior management, and support staff.
• Coordinate relationships with clients, investment managers, and senior colleagues.
• Prepare and distribute business reports for investment management teams.
• Manage risk in line with firm policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor competition, market trends, and client activity in Dubai.
• Deliver up‑to‑date market information and conduct relevant analyses for clients.

Required profile

• Proven background in private banking or relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to serve high‑net‑worth individuals on a daily basis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting at all business levels.
