Senior Relationship Manager – Wealth Coverage (UAE & International)

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager – Wealth Coverage will lead client acquisition and relationship management for ADIB’s Priority and Private Banking segments across the UAE and international markets. The role focuses on attracting high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) individuals, cross‑selling wealth and liability solutions, and expanding the bank’s footprint through its global network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard new HNW/UHNW clients that meet the bank’s qualifying criteria.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular engagement and satisfaction.
• Promote and sell a full suite of wealth products, including Sukuk, structured products, mutual funds, Banca Takaful and related banking solutions.
• Cross‑sell liability products such as mortgages, tailoring solutions to client needs.
• Leverage ADIB’s international presence to source cross‑border opportunities and coordinate with global branches.
• Oversee client onboarding, ensuring all KYC, compliance and documentation requirements are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience in relationship management within Priority or Private Banking.
• Track record of acquiring and servicing HNW/UHNW clients.
• Strong understanding of wealth management and liability products.
• Ability to work with product specialists, credit teams and compliance functions.
• Excellent communication and networking skills across local and international markets.

Required skills

• Knowledge of wealth management products such as Sukuk, structured products, mutual funds and Banca Takaful.
• Familiarity with mortgage and other liability product offerings.
