Senior Relationship Manager - Wealth Coverage - UAE & International

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager – Wealth Coverage will drive client acquisition and manage relationships for the Priority and Private Banking segments across the UAE and international markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will identify High Net‑Worth and Ultra‑High Net‑Worth individuals, leveraging the bank’s global network to grow the wealth management portfolio and front‑end revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source new‑to‑bank (NTB) clients that meet the bank’s qualifying criteria for priority and private banking.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing HNWI and UHNI clients, ensuring high satisfaction and regular engagement.
• Promote and sell a full suite of wealth products, including Sukuk, structured products, mutual funds, Banca‑Takaful and other private banking solutions.
• Cross‑sell liability products such as mortgages and tailored financing solutions.
• Collaborate with product specialists, credit teams and other internal resources to design bespoke solutions.
• Leverage the bank’s international presence to source cross‑border opportunities and expand market reach.
• Stay informed of market trends, competitor offerings and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in relationship management, private banking or wealth management.
• Proven track record of acquiring and retaining HNWI/UHNI clients.
• Strong understanding of wealth and liability products, including Islamic finance structures.
• Excellent communication and client‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Sukuk, structured products and mutual funds.
• Familiarity with Banca‑Takaful and Islamic banking regulations.
• Analytical ability to assess client risk profiles and financial goals.
