Senior Research Manager

About the role

YouGov is seeking a Senior Research Manager to lead and expand high‑value quantitative research relationships across the MENA region. Based in Dubai, you will own complex client accounts, turn data into compelling stories, and drive growth opportunities. The role combines end‑to‑end project delivery with strategic client development in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow complex/high‑value client relationships across the region.
• Lead quantitative research projects from proposal to delivery, including questionnaire design, translation coordination, survey setup, fieldwork monitoring, data processing and reporting.
• Translate data insights into memorable narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Identify and propose new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Champion AI‑enabled research methods and automation across the team.
• Mentor and develop junior researchers, fostering best practices in both analysis and client interaction.

Required profile

• 7‑8+ years of quantitative market research experience with proven client management and team leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and think commercially.
• Strong presentation skills, capable of storytelling with data.
• Curiosity and comfort with AI tools and automation.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
