Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC Spare Parts

About the role

Carrier is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to lead the growth of HVAC spare parts sales in Dubai and across the UAE. The role combines technical knowledge of HVAC components with strong customer‑facing skills to drive revenue and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets for HVAC spare parts.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities throughout the UAE market.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, including contractors, consultants, facility managers, building owners and MEP firms.
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate HVAC spare parts and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and tender responses, and negotiate terms to close sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to uncover new opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports and maintain up‑to‑date customer information.
• Conduct customer visits and product presentations to strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HVAC spare parts sales within the UAE.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE HVAC market and key customer segments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal technical, procurement, logistics and service teams.
