Senior Sales Engineer – META Region

About the role

Axon is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join its META Region team in Dubai. The role combines pre‑sales engineering with business development, supporting law‑enforcement and public‑safety customers across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Master all Axon technologies and product portfolio.
• Deliver technical and business presentations to CIOs, IT teams, channel partners and end‑users.
• Conduct 1st‑level technical support throughout the pre‑sales cycle.
• Set and manage customer expectations, removing sales obstacles with creative solutions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key partners to expand the customer base.
• Position Axon solutions against competitive offerings and represent company values.
• Travel up to 70 % of the time to meet customers and partners across the region.

Required profile

• 5+ years of pre‑sales or technical sales experience, preferably in public‑safety or law‑enforcement technology.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
