Senior Sales Executive – Fine Jewellery (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Mode is partnering with a prestigious international High Jewellery Maison to recruit a Senior Sales Executive for its boutique in The Galleria, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building and managing a high‑net‑worth client portfolio, driving sales of high jewellery and core collections, and delivering bespoke experiences to UHNW customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture a strong personal client portfolio across local and international markets.
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets for high jewellery and core collections.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Collaborate with international teams to maximise cross‑market client opportunities.
• Support private appointments, boutique events, trunk shows and exclusive client experiences.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to optimise client development.
• Uphold exceptional standards of presentation, service and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery or high jewellery sales.
• Proven track record working with UHNW clients in a boutique environment.
• Established client book and network, preferably within Abu Dhabi or the GCC.
• Strong sales performance history and deep knowledge of diamonds and gemstones.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
