Senior Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding with strong experience in freight forwarding sales and an established network in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate should have proven Dubai‑based freight forwarding sales experience and a strong track record of acquiring and managing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and generate new business opportunities within the Dubai freight forwarding market.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers across import, export, air freight, sea freight, and related logistics services.
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales in line with company targets and margins.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience specifically in the freight forwarding industry.
• Current residence in Dubai with strong knowledge of the local freight forwarding market.
• Demonstrated B2B freight forwarding sales and business development track record.
• Strong existing customer/shipper network in Dubai is highly preferred.
• Target‑driven with a proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• UAE/Dubai driving licence is preferred; immediate or short‑notice availability is an advantage.
