Senior Sales Executive – HVAC Projects & Contracting

About the role

We are expanding our Dubai operations and need a Senior Sales Executive to lead business development for our HVAC project and implementation divisions. You will act as the primary contact for top‑tier MEP consultants, main contractors, and real‑estate developers across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and secure new HVAC project and contracting opportunities in commercial, residential and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with MEP consultants, architects, main contractors and facility‑management companies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in the company CRM system.
• Collaborate with engineering and estimation teams to deliver tailored climate‑control solutions.
• Monitor GCC market trends, competitor activity and upcoming mega‑projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–7 years proven B2B sales experience in HVAC, MEP or technical contracting within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and an extensive network of industry contacts.
• Ability to present technical solutions and negotiate complex contracts.
