Senior Sales Manager – GAS (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

About the role

Rixos Hotels is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to expand its business across Germany, Austria and Switzerland for the GAS (German, Austrian, Swiss) markets. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, securing new opportunities and driving revenue for the Rixos Hotels & All‑Inclusive Collection portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales action plans aligned with revenue targets for the GAS markets.
• Manage and grow relationships with key tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers and other trade partners.
• Identify new business opportunities while strengthening production from existing accounts.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate contracting with hotel sales and revenue teams.
• Plan and conduct sales calls, client meetings, product presentations, roadshows and market visits.
• Represent Rixos Hotels at trade shows, exhibitions and networking events.
• Organise familiarisation trips and site inspections to showcase the portfolio.
• Monitor booking trends, competitor activity and market developments, recommending actions to improve performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in hotel sales covering the German, Austrian and Swiss markets.
• Strong understanding of the GAS travel trade, distribution channels and booking behaviour.
• Established network of tour operators, travel agencies and commercial partners.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, resorts or all‑inclusive hotels is highly desirable.
