Senior Sales Representative – Dubai

About the role

Arla Foods is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Representative to manage and grow its presence in Dubai. You will be responsible for achieving sales, collection and merchandising targets while ensuring the highest level of service for assigned customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales tasks set by the Sales Supervisor and meet defined sales, collection and merchandising goals.
• Create LPOs, coordinate deliveries with drivers and logistics, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Supervise the merchandising team to implement planograms, maintain product hygiene, and optimise display placement.
• Manage in‑store marketing activities, propose shelf‑rental agreements and maintain product visibility across the route.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels, prepare GRVs and track company assets in outlets.
• Submit daily activity reports, market surveys and competitor analyses as required.
• Collect payments within agreed timeframes and enter all orders into PeopleSoft.
• Follow UAE traffic regulations, maintain vehicle condition and represent the company professionally.
• Recommend monthly commission eligibility for merchandisers based on performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or dairy products.
• Proven ability to supervise a merchandising team and manage multiple customer accounts.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the assigned area.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• PeopleSoft (order entry and reporting).
• Computer literacy for daily reporting and data entry.
