Senior SAT Analyst

About the role

The Senior SAT Analyst will develop high‑quality training materials and learning content aligned with the programme curriculum and the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodology. Working within EDGE Group’s Abu Dhabi hub, the analyst will support analysis, design and validation phases to ensure effective training solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft SAT‑related documentation for analysis, course design and validation.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) following SAT methodology.
• Compile job employment volumes and related documentation.
• Design courses in accordance with recognized SAT procedures.
• Research, collate and analyse information from multiple sources.
• Provide SAT advice and support to TNA leads and project teams.
• Guide technical Subject Matter Experts to deliver training solutions within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with industry stakeholders, SMEs and colleagues on projects and opportunities.
• Produce training outputs and reports, including employment volumes, training plans and validation reports, adhering to UAE SAT quality standards.

Required profile

• Significant background in training, education, learning, behavioral and cultural change.
• Completed formal SAT analysis, course design and validation training.
• Minimum 3 years of experience applying Systems Approach to Training, preferably ESAT (UAE) and Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL).
• Familiarity with UAE SAT quality assurance policies and processes.
