Senior Site Architect

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Site Architect to lead the design and delivery of large‑scale, complex high‑rise residential developments in Dubai. The role involves overseeing projects from design development through construction documentation, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development and detailed design for high‑rise residential projects.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate construction documentation and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, BIM, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, local authority requirements, and industry standards.
• Manage technical coordination with clients, developers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Review architectural details, materials, specifications, and construction methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of architectural consultancy experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record on large‑scale, complex high‑rise residential developments, especially multi‑building projects with shared podiums.
• Strong expertise in design development, detailed design, and construction documentation.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE/Dubai building codes and approval processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM workflows.
