Senior Social Media Manager – French Fluent

About the role
Paradox is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can turn a blank feed into a growth engine. You will own the French‑language social channels, create and ship content yourself, and use AI tools to amplify your output.
Key responsibilities
- Spot emerging trends, craft captions, and publish posts before the trend fades.
- Leverage Claude Code and other AI creative tools for editing, repurposing, and ideation.
- Produce daily content that drives real engagement, not just vanity metrics.
- Analyze performance data to differentiate reach from conversion and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Maintain the brand voice across all French‑language social platforms.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of hands‑on social media experience, preferably in a startup environment.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Bias to action, comfortable publishing a scrappy version quickly.
- Data‑driven decision maker who understands conversion metrics.
