About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Social Media Manager to lead the global social strategy for a fast‑growing international wellness and lifestyle brand. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with the founder and marketing team to turn social platforms into vibrant community hubs that drive brand awareness and business growth across new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a worldwide organic social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s premium, aspirational positioning.
• Grow and nurture international audiences on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Reels, turning followers into engaged community members.
• Lead creator and influencer collaborations, building an ecosystem that amplifies the founder’s voice and brand storytelling.
• Support market launches with social‑first campaigns, ensuring culturally relevant content for each region.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide insights, and iterate quickly in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling social media for founder‑led start‑ups or scale‑ups in wellness, fitness, beauty, lifestyle or related consumer sectors.
• Strong track record of organic community growth and international market expansion.
• Hands‑on creative mindset combined with strategic leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Deep expertise with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Reels.
