Senior Software Engineer – FinTech Platforms

About the role

The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, enhance and maintain secure, scalable, high‑performance software that powers the company’s fintech platforms, digital payment capabilities and real‑time transaction services, while supporting future digital‑currency initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead backend engineering, API and integration development, and secure coding practices.
• Optimize performance, produce technical documentation and enforce engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, DevOps, security, data, QA, compliance and infrastructure teams.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in software engineering or platform engineering, preferably in fintech, banking or regulated payment environments.
• Proven track record designing enterprise‑grade applications, building APIs, working with relational and NoSQL databases, and contributing to microservices and distributed systems.
