About the role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to manage and administer the Omnicell system for our customers in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves generating and analysing reports, providing optimisation services and delivering in‑service training to end‑users.
Key responsibilities
- Proactive management and administration of the Omnicell system for customers.
- Generate, analyse and disseminate reports following best practices.
- Provide optimisation services and identify inventory improvement opportunities.
- Retrieve and analyse data from Omnicell and customer systems to create custom views.
- Conduct in‑service training, develop presentations and assess re‑training needs.
- Perform onsite triage, troubleshooting and minor repairs of Omnicell products.
- Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades and beta activities across departments.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BE) in a relevant field.
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in software engineering or related roles.
