Senior Solution Architect

About the role

You will lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade AI, data and digital solutions for Inception42 in Abu Dhabi. Working across public, private and sovereign cloud environments, you will translate complex business and technical requirements into secure, scalable architectures that engineering teams can implement.

Key responsibilities

• Define the architectural vision and target state for AI‑driven solutions, covering cloud, hybrid and sovereign environments.
• Translate business, product and operational requirements into end‑to‑end solution designs, reference architectures and implementation guidance.
• Evaluate build‑versus‑buy decisions and technology options using criteria such as value, risk, operability and long‑term ownership.
• Shape architectures for generative AI workloads, model services, data pipelines, monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Define integration patterns for APIs, microservices, event‑driven systems and enterprise platforms.
• Drive architecture reviews, document trade‑offs and resolve cross‑team dependencies.
• Partner with security and governance teams to embed privacy, data sovereignty, access control and responsible AI requirements.
• Support discovery, technical proposals, proof‑of‑value work and delivery planning with credible risk assumptions.

Required profile

• Strong software and systems engineering fundamentals with the ability to reason across applications, data and infrastructure.
• Proven experience designing secure, resilient and observable systems at enterprise scale.
• Ability to make clear technical trade‑offs, resolve cross‑system dependencies and maintain architectural coherence in fast‑moving delivery environments.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with product, engineering, data science, security and commercial teams.
