Senior Staff BD Account Executive - Autonomy Specialist

About the role

Shield AI is looking for a high‑performing Business Development / Account Executive to expand the adoption of its Hivemind autonomy platform across the Middle East, focusing on UAE defense and government customers. You will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to align customer needs with cutting‑edge autonomous solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end sales process for Hivemind opportunities within assigned territories.
• Develop and execute territory and capture strategies that support Shield AI’s long‑term growth plan.
• Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities by understanding customer missions, budgets, and acquisition pathways.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, program offices, and influencers in defense and government sectors.
• Lead proposal development in partnership with BD Operations and cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct competitive analysis and position Hivemind effectively in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to translate requirements into compelling technical proposals.
• Maintain rigorous deal progression, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene.
• Represent Shield AI at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements to grow market presence.
