Senior Stakeholder Interface Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Stakeholder Interface Manager to lead stakeholder engagement for a major development project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires deep knowledge of local regulations, cultural nuances, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with government authorities, community representatives and internal project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all stakeholder engagement activities, including coordination with government authorities, community representatives, and other key parties.
• Serve as the primary liaison for permit acquisition, access approvals, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate clear communication between the project team and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely resolution of stakeholder issues to avoid project delays.
• Support the Package Team in aligning project activities with stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions, commitments, and approvals.
• Represent the project in public forums, community meetings, and authority briefings as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi policies and procedures.
• Experience in residential, hospitality or mixed‑use projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of local customs, governance structures and community dynamics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, multidisciplinary team.
