Senior Stores Supervisor

About the role

EDGE Group is looking for a Senior Stores Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and stores operations in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for the safe receipt, storage, and distribution of a wide range of materials, including hazardous goods, while ensuring compliance with HSE, quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily stores activities, guaranteeing efficient receipt, storage and issuance of materials.
• Lead and support store personnel, monitoring productivity and operational performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control, ERP transactions and regular cycle counts.
• Coordinate material movements to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and regulatory requirements for hazardous materials.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and service levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or stores operations.
• Proven experience supervising warehouse or stores personnel.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
