Senior Strategic Growth Partner

About the role

This senior client‑facing position sits at the crossroads of strategy, growth, sales and execution. You will partner directly with founders and business owners in Dubai, gaining deep insight into their businesses and helping them overcome growth obstacles.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders to map business models, target markets, offers, pricing, positioning and acquisition channels.
• Diagnose weak pipeline, low conversion rates, execution bottlenecks and identify high‑leverage growth opportunities.
• Translate strategic insights into clear, actionable plans and ensure implementation.
• Provide trusted advice on what to stop, double down on, and how to align strategy with day‑to‑day operations.
• Build long‑term credibility as a growth partner whose judgment founders rely on.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in growth strategy, commercial operations or business development.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business situations.
• Track record of delivering clear, actionable recommendations to founders or senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical judgment to separate noise from high‑impact opportunities.
