Senior Strategy Consultant (Middle East)

About the role

KPMG Middle East is looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to join its Global Strategy Group. You will work on high‑impact projects across public sector, transport & logistics, and energy & utilities, helping clients shape their future in a fast‑growing region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead one or more client engagements or components of large‑scale projects.
• Deliver high‑quality insights, analyses and recommendations that drive client value.
• Manage engagement scope, resources, timelines and budgets to meet profitability targets.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Support business development by preparing proposals and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Contribute to practice and sector development initiatives.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm.
• MBA or postgraduate degree in business, finance or economics from a top‑tier university.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and cognitive abilities.
• Curiosity and openness to new ideas.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in the UAE or broader Middle East is advantageous.
