Senior Structural Engineer – Site Supervision

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to lead site‑based structural works on large‑scale building projects in Dubai. The role combines technical design oversight with on‑site supervision to ensure projects meet quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise civil and structural engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Develop, review and approve detailed engineering designs, drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality‑control checks to verify compliance with project requirements and local regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Prepare technical reports, project updates and recommendations for senior management and clients.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols on the construction site.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering and site supervision.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale construction projects in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
