Senior Supply Chain Assistant

About the role

The Senior Supply Chain Assistant supports the Group Procurement & Supply Chain Management team by ensuring effective control, availability, and distribution of stock across multiple Emirates Group facilities in Dubai. You will coordinate replenishment, maintain accurate inventory records, and meet operational requirements in a timely and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory through regular stock counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Coordinate picking, packing, transfer and distribution of stock to meet departmental and location needs.
• Validate employee uniform requirements, manage issuance and replacements, and record related inventory transactions.
• Monitor stock levels, consumption, and demand to optimise availability while minimising excess inventory.
• Prepare stock requisitions, track open orders and follow up with buyers and suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Receive and verify stock against purchase orders, escalating any quantity, quality or specification issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in non‑aircraft procurement.
• Experience in inventory management, including control procedures and record keeping.
• Familiarity with Oracle enterprise resource planning systems is an advantage.
