Senior Supply Chain Leader – FMCG

About the role

We are looking for a senior supply chain leader to drive end‑to‑end operations for a fast‑moving consumer goods business in the UAE. The role will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution across procurement, inventory, logistics and distribution to support growth and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute supply chain strategy and operational plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead strategic sourcing, negotiate with suppliers and manage supplier performance.
• Oversee demand forecasting, inventory management and replenishment processes.
• Manage warehousing, transportation and distribution networks, ensuring product availability.
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Implement process automation, analytics and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and develop supply chain talent.

Required profile

• Extensive end‑to‑end supply chain experience in FMCG, food, hospitality or related multi‑site environments.
• Proven leadership in managing procurement, planning, inventory and logistics functions.
• Strong track record of cost reduction and operational improvement.
• Experience with temperature‑controlled or perishable product supply chains.
• Regional experience in the Middle East is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software.
