Senior System Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Engineer to join our client’s IT team in Dubai on a one‑year contract, with the possibility of extension. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting a hybrid Microsoft 365 environment and related infrastructure services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain Microsoft 365, Exchange Hybrid, and Entra ID (Azure AD) solutions.
• Manage Intune device enrollment, compliance, and security policies.
• Implement and support PKI, Active Directory, and related security services such as Defender for O365.
• Administer SMTP gateways, Trellix security platforms, and Infoblox DNS infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and troubleshooting.
• Provide day‑to‑day Windows Server administration and support.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with security and networking tools listed below.
• Ability to work independently on‑site in Dubai and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
