Senior System Engineer – L2/L3 Support

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Engineer to provide L2 and L3 support for our client’s on‑premises and Microsoft cloud environments in Dubai. The role involves designing, configuring, securing, and troubleshooting complex infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Design, configure, harden, and monitor on‑premises and Azure infrastructures.
• Manage incidents, problems, backup and recovery processes, and related documentation.
• Implement and maintain System Center SCCM and SCOM solutions.
• Collaborate on projects, produce technical documentation, and support hardware infrastructure.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in L2/L3 system support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and cloud services.
• Proven ability to design, secure, and troubleshoot enterprise‑grade environments.
