Senior System Engineer – L2/L3 Support

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Engineer to join our Dubai team, providing L2 and L3 support for complex on‑premises and Microsoft cloud environments. The role involves designing, configuring, securing and troubleshooting critical infrastructure for our clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, clustering and hardening.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects and Microsoft Exchange hybrid deployments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender and Purview.
• Implement and support Azure and Entra ID solutions.
• Operate System Center SCCM and SCOM for monitoring and endpoint management.
• Handle incident and problem management, backup and recovery processes.
• Produce project documentation and maintain hardware infrastructure.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in L2/L3 IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and cloud services.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
