About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and expand the recruitment function for a fast‑growing data‑centre start‑up operating across multiple construction and engineering projects worldwide. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to design and execute talent strategies that attract top‑tier professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Engage and manage senior‑level candidates up to C‑suite, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Recruit across diverse verticals within construction, engineering and real‑estate projects.
• Negotiate compensation packages and ensure competitive offers.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Oversee onboarding processes to guarantee smooth integration of new hires.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of recruitment experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate sectors.
• Proven track record of managing and leading recruitment teams.
• Demonstrated ability to source and place senior‑level talent, including C‑suite executives.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and compensation trends in the relevant industries.
