Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

OurShopee is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead senior‑level hiring initiatives across the UAE and GCC markets. The role involves managing end‑to‑end recruitment for manager, senior manager, C‑suite and other leadership positions, while building strong talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and leadership roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using headhunting, LinkedIn sourcing and talent mapping.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and talent availability.
• Maintain and expand a professional network of candidates within relevant industries.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with a proven record of closing senior managerial and C‑suite positions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Fluent English communication; Hindi is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC hiring practices and executive search.
