About the role

Provident Real Estate, a leading Dubai brokerage, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the recruitment of top‑performing real‑estate professionals. The role focuses on proactive headhunting, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and secure experienced real‑estate brokers, managers and industry experts.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality talent pipeline using LinkedIn, social media, networking events and referrals.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ performance, professionalism and cultural fit.
• Present Provident’s value proposition and career opportunities to prospective talent.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and support candidates throughout the process.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to stay competitive in a fast‑moving market.
• Track recruitment activity and keep accurate records in the CRM/ATS.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve sourcing and hiring performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market is highly desirable.
• Excellent networking, relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Proven ability to attract high‑performing professionals.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and highly organized.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
