Senior Tax Analyst – Transfer Pricing

About the role

MBRF is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to lead transfer pricing, tax compliance and tax accounting activities across its global operations. The role supports corporate restructuring, M&A transactions and ensures adherence to local tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align transfer pricing policies, prepare annual compliance evidence and support Country‑by‑Country, Master and Local file documentation.
• Map and validate intercompany agreements from a transfer pricing perspective.
• Assist internal stakeholders on M&A projects, prepare SPAs, tax deeds and conduct tax due diligence for both buyer and seller.
• Coordinate and review tax filings and payments (CIT, CIT advanced payments, Zakat, VAT, WHT, stamp duty) to ensure timely compliance.
• Manage tax credit monetization, including refund or offset processes and related planning.
• Support external audits, calculate tax liabilities, book provisions, manage deferred tax assets and reconcile tax GL accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Economics or an equivalent discipline (mandatory).
• Master’s degree in Tax Law, Finance or Accounting is desirable.

Required skills

• Transfer Pricing policy design and documentation.
• Tax compliance for CIT, VAT, Zakat, WHT and stamp duty.
• Tax accounting, including provisions, deferred tax assets and reconciliation.
• M&A tax due diligence and preparation of tax deeds.
