Senior Tech Lead

About the role

AI71 is looking for a Senior Technical Lead to own the technical design and delivery of its AI platform. This hands‑on leadership role sits at the crossroads of architecture, engineering management, and execution, working closely with product, AI/ML, and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own system architecture for scalable, secure, high‑performance platforms.
• Lead technical design reviews, set coding standards, and drive best practices.
• Mentor engineers across senior, mid‑level and junior ranks, establishing engineering standards and a strong code‑review culture.
• Translate business requirements into execution plans, manage technical risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps to champion CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (96 months) in software engineering and technical leadership.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing engineering teams and influence product road‑maps.
• Strong systems thinking, with experience delivering enterprise‑grade, cloud‑native solutions.
