Senior Technical Engineer – Adoption & Digital Enablement

About the role

Emirates Group IT is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to lead adoption and digital enablement initiatives. You will design, develop, and deliver high‑quality IT data solutions that meet business needs while aligning with corporate standards and the overall technical strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert technical consultancy and act as the lead technical member on assigned work packages.
• Develop robust solution architectures that satisfy availability, capacity, security, performance and reliability requirements.
• Guide project managers and technology team leads on solution definition, technical design and development of in‑house solutions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to implement monitoring and ensure proper incident configuration within EMS.
• Support the adoption of new technologies and contribute to enterprise architecture standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in designing and delivering complex IT solutions.
• Strong ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation.
• Proven track record of fostering high‑performing technical teams.
• Excellent understanding of service‑level expectations and enterprise development methodologies.
