Senior Technical Engineer – Adoption & Digital Enablement

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to lead adoption and digital enablement initiatives across the Group’s IT landscape. The role focuses on designing, developing and delivering high‑quality IT solutions that align with business needs while supporting the airline’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver robust IT data and digital workplace solutions.
• Provide expert technical consultancy and act as lead technical member on project work‑packages.
• Develop solution architectures that meet availability, capacity, security, performance and reliability standards.
• Ensure designs conform to corporate standards and the overall technical strategy.
• Guide Emirates Group IT teams to adopt new technologies and foster high‑performing technical groups.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of relevant IT experience.
• Senior‑level technical expertise with a strong background in digital workplace solutions.
• Proven ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
• Experience working in a large, fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
