Senior Threat Emulation Engineer - Red Team

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Senior Threat Emulation Engineer to join its CyberSecurity Red Team in Dubai. You will lead advanced adversary‑emulation activities, operate Breach and Attack Simulation platforms and help strengthen the organisation’s detection and response capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute adversary‑emulation scenarios based on current threat intelligence.
• Operate, maintain and enhance Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS) platforms.
• Collaborate with SOC, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence and Security Engineering teams to close detection gaps.
• Analyse simulation results, identify vulnerabilities and deliver actionable remediation recommendations.
• Support governance of remediation activities and track issue closure timelines.
• Prepare and present technical reports for both technical and management audiences.
• Research emerging threats and continuously improve simulation tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in red‑team operations and adversary emulation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Senior‑level expertise in cybersecurity concepts and practices.
