Senior Treasury Manager

About the role

The global fintech company Senna is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to lead treasury operations from its Dubai office. You will be responsible for cash management, liquidity forecasting and overseeing banking relationships across worldwide payment flows, working closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures and controls.
• Take first‑line responsibility for managing liquidity, funding and FX market risk appetite.
• Create and maintain workflow processes for reconciliation and cash management.
• Monitor and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Design and execute market and liquidity risk stress‑testing frameworks.
• Liaise with Compliance and Product teams to guarantee regulatory compliance and accurate reconciliation.
• Prepare and present quarterly reports on the company’s financial position.
• Develop data flows to support cash‑flow forecasting and collaborate with the Data team on financial operating metrics, KRIs and KPIs.
• Analyse key business questions and deliver findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a treasury role within financial services or fintech.
• Proven experience building treasury processes and controls at financial institutions.
• Background in bank treasury or fintech treasury functions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
