Senior UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the creation of intuitive digital experiences for our insurance platform. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to understand user needs, solve complex problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end UX process, from discovery and user‑flow mapping to prototyping, testing and final delivery.
• Transform complex insurance journeys into simple, user‑friendly interfaces.
• Leverage research, analytics and customer feedback to inform design decisions.
• Build and test rapid prototypes to validate concepts.
• Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system with a focus on accessibility.
• Use AI‑enabled tools to accelerate exploration and iteration.
• Communicate design rationale and influence product direction.
• Mentor junior designers and raise overall design quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience or equivalent senior‑level expertise.
• Strong portfolio showcasing shipped products, design thinking and measurable impact.
• Excellent visual, interaction and prototyping skills.
• Proficiency with Figma and a deep understanding of design systems.
