About the role
We are looking for a Senior Video Engineer to lead on‑show video operations and support our LED department in Abu Dhabi. The role is heavily on‑site, requiring hands‑on management of switchers, media servers, and LED wall systems for live events.
Key responsibilities
- Operate video switchers and media servers during live shows.
- Lead the build, calibration and maintenance of LED walls on site.
- Manage signal flow from cameras and other sources to LED and projection outputs.
- Pre‑program video content in the warehouse when possible.
- Supervise and mentor the video crew and LED technicians.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional video engineering experience.
- Expertise with at least one major video switcher platform.
- Strong knowledge of LED processing systems such as Brompton and Novastar.
- Experience with Disguise or Notch is a plus.

- Video switcher operation (e.g., Ross, Blackmagic, etc.)
