Senior Videographer & Editor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Videographer & Editor to join VisioneersPartner’s production team in the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the Head of Production, you will work closely with the Film Director, DOP and editorial staff to create high‑quality documentary, social‑media and cinematic content for Wasl Channel.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot video for short documentaries, field reports, social‑media clips and high‑production projects, ensuring strong framing, composition and visual consistency.
• Edit a variety of formats – long‑form documentaries, short‑form videos and social media assets – delivering clear narrative flow and appropriate pacing.
• Support storytelling through scene selection, visual rhythm and logical sequencing in collaboration with directors and editors.
• Perform basic colour correction, audio clean‑up and prepare deliverables in multiple aspect ratios using professional editing software.
• Coordinate with production and editorial teams, manage revisions and participate in meetings to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience as both videographer and editor, preferably on documentary and high‑production projects.
• Ability to work efficiently on‑location under tight deadlines while maintaining high visual standards.
• Familiarity with Arabic content standards and cultural context.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance speed with quality.
