Senior Warehouse Supervisor – Logistics Operations

About the role

Aramex is seeking a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at its Dubai hub. The role blends hands‑on leadership with process improvement, inventory control and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure smooth receipt, storage and distribution of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop, maintain and enforce standard operating procedures to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Lead and coach warehouse staff, set performance targets and monitor metrics.
• Optimize inventory management using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other logistics software to maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands and improve overall operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Growth mindset and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency.
• Experience with logistics software.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
