Senior Wayfinding Designer

About the role

WSP is seeking a Senior Wayfinding Designer to lead the creation and delivery of wayfinding, signage, and placemaking solutions across a variety of built‑environment projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to shape user navigation experiences that meet client goals and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the concept, design development, and implementation of wayfinding projects from inception to completion.
• Develop creative direction and produce compelling presentations that communicate strategy and design proposals.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to integrate wayfinding solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and workflow to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality deliverables.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying them to project work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in wayfinding, signage, or environmental graphics across diverse project types.
• Proven ability to lead complex wayfinding projects from concept through completion, supported by a strong portfolio.
