SEO and OTA Content Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented SEO & OTA Content Specialist to boost the digital visibility of our tour portfolio. You will craft search‑optimized content for our experiences and ensure accurate, compelling listings across major online travel platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, write, and optimise engaging tour descriptions to improve organic search visibility and conversion.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to tour pages and destination content.
• Optimise on‑page SEO elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and structured data.
• Create destination‑focused content that enhances discoverability through search engines.
• Manage and maintain tour listings on OTA platforms (e.g., Viator, GetYourGuide, Expedia, Klook), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Update product information, itineraries, pricing, and operational changes across websites and reseller channels.
• Monitor performance of listings and recommend improvements to increase visibility, engagement, and bookings.
• Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and sales teams to keep content aligned with brand standards.

Required profile

• Experience in SEO content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing, preferably in travel or tourism.
• Familiarity with managing product listings on OTA platforms.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, on‑page SEO principles, and content optimisation.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, able to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools to evaluate content performance.
